RINGGOLD, GA
RINGGOLD PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE
The Ringgold Pedestrian Bridge creates a safe way for ADA access to the Civil War Depot from a parking lot across Hwy 41 which goes under the bridge. Notice the "cannon ball" motif on the bridge anchor entry. It reflects on Major Ringgold for whom the town was named. He helped invent the horse drawn cannon. Typical town lamps also perch atop the opposite bridge anchor.
